To further amend Title 3 of the Yap State Code, the Executive, as amended, by further amending Section 124, as amended by Yap State Law No. 4-4, concerning the waste management program, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Yap.

Section 1

Section 124 of Title 3 in the Yap State Code is hereby amended to read as follows:


“Section 124. Department of Public Works and Transportation. The Department of Public Works and Transportation shall be composed of the Divisions of Contracts and Engineering Management, Transportation, and Waste Management and shall operate and maintain such public works and provide for the engineering, construction, maintenance and operation of public improvements, programs and facilities.”

Section 2

This Act shall become law upon its approval by the Governor, or upon its becoming law without such approval; PROVIDED, that this Act shall not take effect until Bill No. 11-211 has become law.
