Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Yao.

Section 1

The Governor of the State of Yap is hereby authorized to submit to the voters of the State of

Yap the question: “Shall there be a Convention to amend the Constitution?” in an election. The Governor is

hereby further authorized to do any and all that is necessary and appropriate to effect the purpose of this

Act, subject to appropriation by law if expenditures are needed to implement this Act.

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upen the approval by the Governor, or upon its becoming law without such approval.
