To appropriate the sum of $78,114.67 from the General Fund of the State of Yap for the purpose of funding certain government programs during Fiscal Year 2026

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Yap.

Section 1

The sum of $78,114.67, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the State of Yap for the purpose of providing funding to fund the Concrete Staircase from Election Office to Public Park project during Fiscal Year 6 2026.

Section 2

Conditions and Restrictions.

(1) Lump-sum budget amounts shall not be advanced to any agency at the beginning of the fiscal year. Memorandum of agreement (MOA) or other forms of agreement the purpose of which is to obligate and disburse to a respective agency its annual budget as
