Confirming Mary E. Layan as Associate Justice of the state Court of Yap.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Eleventh Legislature of the State of Yap, Fourth Regular Session, 2026, that Mary E. Layan is hereby confirmed as Associate Justice of the State Court of Yap; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that certified copies of this Resolution be transmitted to Mary E. Layan, the Governor of the State of Yap, the Chief Justice of the State Court of Yap, the Chairman of the Council of Pilung, and the Chairman of the Council of Tam.al.
