Confirming Joseph G. Lukan as a member of the panel from which the ad hoc hearing committee may be drawn pursuant to the State Public Service System Act.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Eleventh Legislature of the State of Yap, Second Regular Session, 2024, that Joseph G. Lukan is hereby confirmed as a member of the panel from which the ad hoc hearing committee may be drawn pursuant to the State Public Service System Act; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that certified copies of this Resolution be transmitted to Joseph G. Lukan, the Chief of Personnel, the Governor, the Chairman of the Council of Pilung, and the Chairman of the Council of Tamol.
