Confirming Ivan B. E. Kadannged to serve as the Lieutenant Governor of the State of Yap.

WHEREAS, Yap State Law No. 11-149 amended Title 3 in the Yap State Code by adding Section 159 concerning vacancy in the Office of the Lieutenant Governor; now, therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the Eleventh Legislature of the State of Yap, Fourth Regular Session, 2026, that Ivan B. E. Kadannged is hereby confirmed to serve as the Lieutenant Governor of the State of Yap; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that certified copies of this Resolution be transmitted to Ivan B. E. Kadannged, the
Governor, the Attorney General, the Yap Congressional Delegation Office, the Chief Justice of the Yap State Court,
‘the Chairman of the Council of Pilung, and the Chairman of the Council of Tamol.
