BE IT RESOLVED by the Eleventh Legislature of the State of Yap, Fourth Regular Session, 2026, that Bernard
Goosur is hereby confirmed to serve as a member of the Yap State Foreign Investment Board; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that certified copies of this Resolution be transmitted to Bernard Goosur, the
Governor, the Attorney General, the Chairman of the Council of Pilung, and the Chairman of the Council of Tamol.
