Approving the salary increase of the Attorney General to a rate not to exceed $40,000 per annum

BE IT RESOLVED by the Eleventh Legislature of the State of Yap, Third Regular Session, 2025, that pursuant to Subsection (b) of Section 401 in Title 3 of the Yap State Code, the Legislature hereby consents to a salary increase for the Attorney General to a rate not to exceed $40,000 per annum; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that certified copies of this Resolution be transmitted to the Attorney General of the State of Yap, the Governor of the State of Yap, the Chairman of the Council of Pilung and the Chairman of the Council of Tamol.
