To amend Yap State Law No. 11-86, by amending the Title and Section 1 to appropriate an additional sum of $20,491.64 from the Special Revenue Fund of the State of Yap for the HIV/TB Program with the Department of Health Services starting Fiscal Year 2024 and ending within Fiscal Year 2026, and for other purposes

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Yap.

Section 1

The Title of Yap State Law No. 11-86 is hereby amended to read as follows:

“To appropriate the sum of $30,737.46 from the Special Revenue Fund of the State of Yap for the purpose of appropriating grant funds awarded for HIV/TB Program with the Department of Health Services starting Fiscal Year 2024 and ending within Fiscal Year 2026, and for other purposes.”

Section 2

Section 1 of Yap State Law No. 11-86 is hereby amended to read as follows:

“Section 1. The sum of $30,737.46, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated from the Special Revenue Fund of the State of Yap for the purpose of providing funding to fund the HIV/TB Program with the Department of Health Services starting Fiscal Year 2024. The grant shall be from FY2024 Yap HIV/TB Global Fund (Grant No. QUA-C-UNDP), allotted by the National Government as Advice Nos. 523Y24001 and 523Y24006.”

Section 3

This Act shall take effect upon its approval by the Governor, or upon its becoming law without such approval.
