Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Yap.

Section 1

Section 1 of Yap State Law No. 11-82 is hereby amended to read as follows:

“Section 1. The sum of $111,815.65, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated from the Special Revenue Fund of the State of Yap for the purpose of providing funding to fund for government operations and program during Fiscal Year 2025. The sum appropriated shall be deemed from United States Federal Grants awarded as follow:

(1) Historical Preservation Office (HPO):

FY2023 HPF Operations ………. $ 44,817.65; (Grant No. P24AF00111-00/01, Advice No. 520Y25022, expiring April 15, 2027)

(2) Historical Preservation Office (HPO);

FY2023 HPF Projects ………… $15,000; and

(Grant No. P24AF00111-00/01/Advice No. 520Y25022, expiring April 15, 2027)

(3) Department of Health Services/WCHC: FY2023 Bridge Access Program………$ 51,998. (Grant No. 1 H8LCS51164-01-00, expiring December 31, 2024)”

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval by the Governor, or upon its becoming law

without such approval.
