Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Yap.

Section 1

The Title of Yap State Law No. 11-112 hereby amended to read as follows:

“To appropriate the sum of $49, 657 from the Special Revenue Fund of the State of Yap for the purpose of
appropriating U.S. Federal grant funds awarded for public health programs with the Department of
Health Services during Fiscal Year 2026, and for other purposes.”

Section 2

Section 1 of Yap State Law No. 11-112 is hereby amended to read as follows:

“Section 1. The sum of $49,657, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated from the Special Revenue Fund of the State of Yap for the purpose of providing funding to fund public health programs with the Department of Health Services during Fiscal Year 2026. The sum appropriated shall be deemed from United States Federal Grants awarded for health programs as follow:

(1) FY2025 Yap HIV/AIDS Prevention Program ……..$21,766;

(Grant No. 5 NU52PS910242-03-00, expiring on December 31, 2025)

(2) FY2025 TB Program Program …….. $ 16,600;

(Grant No. 5 NU52PS910242-03-00, expiring on December 31, 2025)

(3) FY2024 Yap State Development Initiative (SSDI) …………, $11,291.

(Grant No. 5 H18MC00060-32-00/01/02/03, expiring on November 30, 2025)”

Section 3

This Act shall take effect upon its approval by the Governor, or upon its becoming law without such approval.
