Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Yap.
Section 1.
The Title of Yap State Law No. 11-29, as amended by Yap State Law No. 11-102, is hereby further amended to read as follows:
“To appropriate the sum of $314,638 from the Special Revenue Fund of the State of Yap for the purpose of appropriating U.S. Federal grant funds awarded for Department of Health programs during Fiscal Year 2026, and for other purposes.”
Section 2.
Section 1 of Yap State Law No. 11-29, as amended by Yap State Law No. 11-102, is hereby further
amended to read as follows:
“Section 1. The sum of $314,638, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated from the Special Revenue Fund of the State of Yap for the purpose of providing funding to fund Department of Health
Services programs during Fiscal Year 2026. The sum appropriated shall be deemed from United States Federal
Grants awarded for health programs as follows:
(1) FY2024 Substance Abuse Prevention &

Section 3.
This Act shall take effect upon its approval by the Governor or upon its becoming law
without such approval.
