To authorize the extension of funds previously appropriated under Yap State Law No. 10-96, Yap Water Storage Tank Project, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Yap.

Section 1

The funds appropriated by Yap State Law No. 10-96 for the Yap Water Tank Project is hereby extended into Fiscal Year 2026. The authority to obligate the funds appropriated by Yap State Law No. 10-96 shall lapse as of
September 30, 2026. Any part of the appropriation not obligated as of September 30, 2026 shall revert to the Special Revenue Fund of the State of Yap.

Section 2


This Act shall take effect upon the approval by the Governor, or upon its becoming law without such
approval.
