To amend Yap State Law No. 10-46, by amending Section 2, for the purpose of clarifying the deposit of certain excise tax collection, and for other purposes.

To be enacted by the Legislature of the State of Yap.

Section 1

Section 2 of Yap State Law No. 20-46 is hereby amended to read as follows:
“Section 2. There shall be established a fund in
the General Fund of the State of Yap designated as the
‘Yap State Road Maintenance Fund’ . The amounts collected
pursuant to Section 103, Subsection (a) paragraph (17) (B)
of this Title shall be deposited into the Yap State Road
Maintenance Fund and expenditures of this fund is subject
to appropriation by the Legislature.”

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon the approval by the Governor, or upon its becoming law
without such approval.
