Approving the Lease Agreement between the Government of the State of Yap and College of Micronesia – FSM

BE IT RESOLVED by the Eleventh Legislature of the State of Yap, Third Regular Session, 2025, that the Lease Agreement, commencing September 2, 2025 and expiring on September 30, 2025, between the Government of the State of Yap and College of Micronesia – FSM is hereby approved; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that certified copies of this Resolution be transmitted to President of COM-FSM, Director of Yap Campus for COM-FSM, the Governor, the Attorney General, the Director of Resources and Development, the Chief of Land Resources, the Chairman of the Council of Pilung, and the Chairman of the Council of Tamol.
