Endorsing the Yap State Strategic Development Plan (SDP) 2024-2034.

WHEREAS, On March 18, 2025, Acting Governor Francis Itimai transmitted the final draft of the Yap State Strategic Development Plan (SDP) 2024-2034, a Federated States of Micronesia requirement under the agreed on 3rd Amended Compact of Free Association; now, therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the Eleventh Legislature of the State of Yap, Third Regular Session, 2025, that this Legislature hereby endorses the Yap State Strategic Development Plan (SDP) 2024-2034; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that certified copies of this Resolution be transmitted to the President of the Federated States of Micronesia, the Speaker of the 23rd Congress of the Federated States of Micronesia, the Chairman of the Yap Congressional Delegation, the Governor of the State of Yap, the Chief Justice of the State Court of Yap, the Chairman of the Council of Pilung and the Chairman of the Council of Tamol.
