Confirming Cyprian J. Manmaw to serve as Chief Justice of the Yap State Court.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Eleventh Legislature of the State of Yap, Third Regular Session, 2025, that Cyprian J. Manmaw is hereby confirmed to serve as Chief Justice of the Yap State Courts starting on April 26, 2025, for another 6 year term; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that certified copies of this Resolution be transmitted to Cyprian J. Manmaw, the Governor of the State of Yap, the Chairman of the Council of Pilung and the Chairman of the Council of Tamol.
