Confirming Dee N.N. Libian as a member of the panel from which the ad hoc hearing committee may be drawn pursuant to the State Public Service System Act

BE IT RESOLVED by the Eleventh Legislature of the State of Yap, Third Regular Session, 2025, that Dee N. Libian is hereby confirmed as a member of the panel from which the ad hoc hearing committee may be drawn pursuant to the State Public Service System Act; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that certified copies of this Resolution be transmitted to Dee N. Libian, the Chief of Personnel, the Governor, the Chairman of the Council of Pilung, and the Chairman of the Council of Tamol.
